  • Glitter
  • Ball Pen Refill
  • White Craft Glue
  • Acrylic Color
  • Paint Brush
  • Synthetic Glue
  • Old CD
  • Marker Pen

Mixwhite craft glue with little water and apply as shown.

Then apply acrylic color of your choice.
